Jewellery Bird FAQs
Jewellery Bird jewellery is beautifully wrapped in a white box with a blue silk ribbon free of charge. That means you don't have to worry about gift wrapping and as all our orders are insured in transit, every order can be traced and found should it become lost.

UK Special Delivery - £4.00
Jewellery Bird orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Parcels are sent using Royal Mail's insured Next Day Special Delivery service. Most areas of the UK will receive their orders before 1p.m. Monday to Friday.
Some parts of the UK will take longer to deliver to. These include the Channel Islands, Lewis, Colonsay, Mull, Coll, Shetlands, Orkney, Corrour, Mallaig, Eigg and Muck, Rhum and Canna.
All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you or the recipient will be present at the time of delivery such as a work or home address. In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left allowing you or the recipient to rearrange a delivery date or collect the parcel from a local collection depot.
Europe & Rest of World- £9.95
Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Parcels may need to be signed for, so please use a delivery address where you or the recipient will be present to sign for the parcel. In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your item.
Estimated delivery times:
Western Europe: 3- 5 working days
Eastern Europe: 4 - 5 working days
Rest of World: 5 - 7 working days

We hope you are happy with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not, you can return your order for a refund or exchange as long as it is in the same condition as when received and in its original packaging. Jewellery Bird will not accept returns for any pieces that have been worn.
Please email returns@jewellerybird.co.uk for return instructions. We strongly recommend you use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to return items, as it is an insured and traceable service. Jewellery Bird cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please place items in their original packaging and ensure that the parcel is completely sealed.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside of the European Community.
